If I purchase 17hats at a discounted rate now, how much will I pay upon renewal?
Your discounted rate applies to your first year of 17hats. Next year, your subscription will automatically renew at the full price of $600.
What plan comes with the bundle?
One year of our 17hats Premier Plan comes included in your bundle. This is our most advanced plan with all the bells and whistles of automation.
Can I opt for a different plan for the bundle?
At this time, only our Premier Plan is included with the bundle. However, you can downgrade at any time and receive credit to your account for your unused time.
What takes place during the 1:1 calls?
The three 30-minute 1:1 Calls with a 17hats expert will be used to answer any questions about using 17hats, and ensure you are on the right track with moving over from another CRM.
When should I schedule my first 1:1 call?
Upon purchase, you will receive an email that includes links for the items in your bundle. We suggest scheduling your first 1:1 call as soon as possible.
Once your first call is completed, you will be able to schedule your next call.
What is the timeframe the 1:1 calls must be completed?
Your three 1:1 calls must be completed within 60 days of purchasing this 17hats bundle.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
You can cancel/reschedule up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. However, canceling after 24 hours or not showing up for the booked time will count against one of your calls.
What 17hats templates will I receive?

What are Open Office Hours?
Open Office Hours are conversational Zoom calls that you are welcome to join. They are a great way to meet other 17hats members and learn more about the platform. The 17hats Expert will be taking questions and offering answers.
When are the calls?
Currently they start on November 16, and recur every other Thursday at 12 pm PST/2 pm CST/3 pm EST.
Please note that the dates and times are subject to change.
What if I can't make any of the Open Office Hours calls?
Open Office Calls are a live event and will not be recorded. We highly recommend joining when you can; however we understand that the time might not work for everyone. Timeframe is something to consider when purchasing the bundle.

Our Action Plan is a 20+ page guide for your initial steps to setting up 17hats. It walks you through the must-have account settings through bulk importing.
