Texting Module

Registration

You will need to register your business with The Campaign Registry and your campaign with our texting partner.

Phone Number

Once approved, you can select your 10-digit local number. You can search an available number by area code and/or state.

Opt-Ins

Add your texting opt-in questions to your Lead Capture Forms, Questionnaires, and Online Scheduling.

SMS Texting now available for purchase in your Account Settings.

Everything you need to know before you get started with 17hats SMS Texting.

What is the registration process?

We have made the registration process as easy as possible. You will need to input information from your original EIN paperwork such as your EIN Number and address listed on your EIN Paperwork.

You will also need to link to your Terms of Service and Privacy Policy which should be linked with your website. We have recommended wording for both sections.

Who is SMS Texting available for?

Due to compliance, SMS Texting is only available for US and Canadian 17hats Members.

Who can you text through 17hats?

Contacts in the US and Canada will need to be opted-in to receive automated texting. Contacts can opt-in through a Lead Capture Form, Online Scheduling, and/or Questionnaire. Simply add an opt-in question to the form.

What functionality is available? 

The current functionality is as follows: Lead Capture Form Auto Response, Online Scheduling Confirmation, Cancellation and Reminder Texts, Past Due Document reminders, manual texting, and 2-way communication.

Will Texting be added to Workflows?

Yes, that is the plan!
