Ambassadors must be active, paying 17hats members who have been part of our community for at least one year. Your experience gives you the insight and credibility to help others thrive.

Knowledgeable

As a representative of our brand, you should know your way around the platform and be excited to share that knowledge. A helpful, positive, and supportive attitude is a must.

Roles & Responsibility

Ambassadors are more than just advocates—they’re active contributors to the future of 17hats.

You’ll have a direct line to our team, offering insights, suggestions, and real-world feedback that influence platform improvements and new features. Together, we’re building something better—for everyone.

Ambassadors Responsibilities: 

  • 🎯 Engage
    Be present and active on our social platforms. Like, comment, and share 17hats content to help extend our reach and strengthen the community voice.
  • 📣 Promote
    Spread the good vibes! Share your experiences, wins, and insights with your audience. Whether it’s a quick tip, a full workflow, or a shoutout, your authenticity builds trust.
  • 📝 Monthly Meetings
    Community is built through connection. We host monthly virtual Ambassador Meetings on the first Wednesday of each month at 11:00 a.m. PT. Ambassadors are expected to attend at least 6 of the 10 meetings per season to stay informed, inspired, and aligned.

Step #1 - Submit Form
Let us know you’re interested.
Step #2 - Complete Application
An application will be sent to you. Please answer all questions openly and honestly by June 20, 2025.
Step #3 - 17hats Team Pow-wow
The 17hats team will read over each application to make their selections.
Step #4 - Communication
We'll let you know by mid-July if you've made the team.
Step #5 - Join the Kickoff Call
Our mandatory Ambassador Kickoff call will July 23, 2025 at 11 am. At that time, we’ll go in-depth with roles and responsibilities and answer any questions. Once the meeting is over, we’ll send the ambassador contract for your signature.

Once the contract is completed, you will officially be an ambassador!

Need more details?

How much time is needed to be an ambassador?

While being a Brand Ambassador isn’t a ton of work, it does require some time and effort. We ask that you actively engage with 17hats on social media and attend six of our monthly zoom calls held on the first Wednesday of every month at 11:00 a.m. PT. They are usually 1 hour long.

While each month has many opportunities, it is up to you how much you wish to participate.

How many ambassadors will be selected?

The focus is on the quality of the group, not the quantity therefore we do not have a specific number. However, we are looking for members that uphold the values and brand of 17hats and will to contribute in a positive way.

If I am currently an Ambassador, do I need to reapply.

No. If you are currently a 17hats Ambassador you do not need to reapply. However, if asked back, you will need to attend the July kickoff call and resign your contract.

What if I can’t make the first team meeting?

If your application is selected, and you are unable to make the first meeting, please let our team know and a decision will be made from there.
